Whether the bearing is installed well or not will affect the accuracy, service life and performance of the bearing. Therefore, please fully study the bearing installation, that is, please install the bearing according to the operation standard including the following items.


1. Clean bearings and related parts


Since the bearing has been treated with antirust and packed, do not open the package before installation. In addition, the antirust oil coated on the bearing has good lubrication performance. For general purpose bearings or bearings filled with grease, it can be used directly without cleaning. However, for instrument bearings or bearings used for high-speed rotation, clean cleaning oil shall be used to wash away the rust proof oil. At this time, the bearings are easy to rust and cannot be placed for a long time. Grease lubricated bearings and both sides have oil seal or dust cover, and the seal ring bearing does not need to be cleaned before installation.


2. Check the size and finishing of relevant parts


Clean the bearing and shell to make sure there is no scar or burr left by machining. There must be no abrasive (SiC, Al2O3, etc.) sand, chips, etc. in the shell.


Secondly, check whether the dimension, shape and processing quality of the shaft and the shell conform to the drawing.
